DiaEtch 120 is an innerlayer etch resist, developed to match the needs for high volume production using the roller coating technique. The wide processing window in all process steps ensures highest yield. The product can be successfully processed with non-proprietary chemistry. The low drying temperature required allows to realize maximum throuput in all roller coating/drying systems. DiaEtch 102 is an innovative specialty. The product offers secure protection of plated through-holes (100%) and vias in inner- and multilayer constructions for thin and flexible boards up to thickness' of 250 µm (10 mil). This is accomplished using dip-coating. This photoresist application is recognized as an „enabling technology“ by its users. |
